1️⃣ Introduction

At zudihome.fashion, we are dedicated to ensuring that every customer receives their order safely, promptly, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures regarding order processing, dispatch timelines, delivery methods, tracking, and handling of delays or shipping-related issues.

We strive to provide reliable delivery across India through trusted logistics partners to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.


2️⃣ Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing tracking details and courier partner information.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Note: During high-demand periods (festive sales or promotional offers), order processing times may extend slightly, but we will keep customers informed through email or phone.


3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We deliver orders across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or government restrictions.


4️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): COD service may include a nominal handling fee which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Express/Next Day Delivery (if available): Additional charges may apply for urgent delivery requests and will be communicated at checkout.

All applicable shipping charges will be visible before you make your payment — ensuring full transparency.


5️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.

You can also check the order status anytime by visiting the “Track My Order” section on our website and entering your order ID and registered email/phone number.

6️⃣ Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the customer is unavailable during these attempts, the order will be marked as “undelivered” and returned to our warehouse.

If this happens, you can contact us to reschedule delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or request a refund (deducting the return shipping fee).


7️⃣ Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, pincode, mobile number) are accurate and complete at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping will be initiated only after collecting the correct address and any applicable re-shipping charges.


8️⃣ Damaged or Tampered Packages

We take utmost care to ensure safe packaging and handling of all items.
However, if you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do NOT accept the delivery and immediately contact us at info.zumiyo.help@gmail.com with your order details.

If you have already accepted a damaged parcel, please share clear photos of the product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery so we can initiate a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


9️⃣ Delayed Deliveries

While we partner with reputed courier services, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to external circumstances such as:

  • Natural calamities (floods, storms, etc.)

  • Political unrest or strikes

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

In such cases, our team will ensure that you are promptly informed of any expected delays, and we will work with our logistics partner to expedite delivery.

If a delay exceeds 15 business days, you may contact us to request a full refund.

At present, zudihome.fashion ships only within India.
We are working towards expanding to international markets in the near future. Any updates regarding global shipping will be posted on this page.


11️⃣ Order Not Received

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with your building security, neighbors, or reception desk.

  2. Verify your delivery address details in your order confirmation.

We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
