  • Once your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email, and a full refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

b. Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under certain conditions (see section below).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

a. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

  • Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

b. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).

c. Mode of Refund:

For COD orders, customers will be required to share their bank account details for NEFT/IMPS transfer.
